With a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence, they're now looking to bring a Contracts Manager on board to join their expanding team in Nottingham.
This is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to step into a pivotal role-overseeing key commercial elements of projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-value work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial handovers between sales, project, and design teams
- Review and analyse project proposals and costings
- Coordinate and manage project planning processes across multiple projects
- Develop detailed plans to monitor progress and achieve targets
- Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
- Ensure all project documentation and paperwork is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing and able to travel throughout the UK and overseas
- Must hold a valid British Passport
- Full UK Driving Licence required
