Finance Manager - Southwell - Fixed Term Contract - Competitive

A small and prominent Nottinghamshire organisation requires a Finance Manager to join them on a contract basis managing all aspects of Management Accounts and a small finance team of two. You will be a Qualified or Qualified By Experienced candidate, keen to role your sleeves up and work with the MD in all areas, supporting the organisation and stakeholders. Statutory accounts are managed by the auditors.

Key Areas of the Role:

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
  • Coordinating the monthly management accounts and board pack
  • Responsible for all areas of Financial Control
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management
  • Further developing of KPI metrics
  • Driving Change and Process Improvement
  • Responsibility for the annual audit
  • Good with systems and Excel
  • Leading a small team
