The successful Fire Contracts Manager will be passionate about fire protection, and be a driven and performance orientated manager to help motivate their team and manage contracts from inception to completion.
Fire Contracts Manager main duties:
- Managing and delivering the passive fire contracts including fire doors and fire stopping projects for a range of clients
- Liaising with the estimating team, ensuring they have the correct information and sent off to the client in line with deadlines
- Conducting site visits and completing audits to ensure all KPIs for the projects are being met
- Managing multiple contracts from start to finish, managing budgets and identifying saving opportunities
Fire Contracts Manager qualifications/experience:
- Must have prior experience managing fire contracts
- Ideally you will come from a fire door or stopping background
- Must be ambitious with a proven track record of prior achievements
- Have up to date and relevant knowledge of passive fire legislation
