Training Specialist

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, DOE

Full Time, Permanent - HYBRID!

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Due to business growth, our client is keen to appoint a dedicated individual to represent the company in providing specialist training to its client base. Prior experience in training is preferred, ideally in Export and Import, although this is not essential. As an International Trade Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training courses, consultancy and support to both internal and external stakeholders in the field of international trade!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1-4 training courses per week
  • Working with clients to understand their needs to be able to offer the most appropriate course and or service.
  • Growth of the team services by developing relationships with new contacts
  • Booking and confirming training courses
  • Updating courseware as and when required
  • Raising appropriate invoices and billing for services
  • Continual review of course offerings and offering ideas for new courses or service opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Trainer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as SharePoint, Zoom, and PowerPoint for creating training content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively present information to individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with mentoring or coaching employees is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint systems is preferred.
