We're seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead and enhance comprehensive learning programs, supporting people and business objectives.What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and design effective programs.
- Deliver engaging learning interventions via e-learning, workshops, and more.
- Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives through feedback and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement with the latest technology in L&D.
- Manage our academy, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all L&D activities.
- Support onboarding programs and track training effectiveness.
- Manage the L&D budget and maintain accurate training records.
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent is a plus.
- Significant experience in leadership development and L&D initiatives.
- Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships.
- Familiarity with LMS and integrating tech for effective training.
- Exceptional project management skills.
