Job Title: Credit Control Team Leader

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £35,000 (negotiable)

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join a very well established law firm in Nottingham. You will help lead a team responsible for the collection of overdue debts, improving cash flow and resolving aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of the Credit Control team of 8
Set targets and manage staff performance
Investigate and resolve escalated queries
Resolve aged debt issues
Month end reporting
Handle complex cases
Implement and update processes
Deliver training and guidance
Foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Extensive background in Credit Control
Previous experience as a Senior or Team Leader
Target driven/goal orientated
Strong IT skills across the board
Outstanding communication at all levels
Natural leader and trainer
Confident and articulate
Strong influencing skills
Genuine team player
Keen attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable
