Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 (DOE)

Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a very well established law firm in Nottingham. You will be part of a bigger team responsible for the collection of overdue debts, improving cash flow and resolving aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

Chase overdue debt by phone and email, handle incoming calls
Update records and negotiate timely payments
Produce and send client statements
Send invoices out to clients
Work with cashier team to identity unallocated cash received
Take all payments as required
Manage a joint email inbox
Send out letters (dunning process)
Work with internal teams to resolve queries

Requirements:

Previous Credit Control experience
Excellent phone manner
Be able to work under own initiative
Keen attention to detail
Strong IT skills, especially MS Office
