Part-Time Credit Controller

Location: Nottingham, NG2 7QW (Fully Onsite)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 FTE (Pro Rata)

Working Hours: 4 days per week (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a part-time opportunity in a friendly, supportive team? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department on a part-time basis, working 4 days per week at our fully onsite office in NG2.

Key Responsibilities:

•Managing and collecting outstanding debt from customers

•Building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments

•Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts

•Working closely with the wider finance and sales teams

•Producing regular reports on aged debt and payment performance

What We’re Looking For:

•Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

•Confident working independently and managing your own ledger

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
