Reporting to the Sales Ledger & Credit Controller Supervisor, you will be responsible for opening new credit accounts whilst dealing with customer and store queries.
This role would be a great opportunity to expand on your accounts knowledge after completing an apprenticeship.
Description of the role:
- Posting sales invoices onto the ledger.
- Raising and posting credit notes and manual invoices.
- Processing payments received.
- Active collection of outstanding payments via phone and email.
- Raising and posting Journals.
- Sorting and distributing the daily post and managing inboxes.
About you:
- Previous experience within a Sales Ledger or Credit Control role.
- Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and able to pick up new systems with ease.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
