Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
  • Work closely with clients to resolve payment issues and disputes
  • Perform credit checks and assess client creditworthiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection processes
  • Provide regular updates on account status and cash flow forecasts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
