Temporary Role
We are recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to join the Payment Support Team at a leading financial services provider in Nottingham. This role involves handling sensitive customer service calls, including mortgage payment support.
Key Details:
• Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 equivalent (hourly)
• Contract: 3 months (temp)
• Hours: 9-5, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday on a rota)
• Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days in office (NG1), remainder working from home
Role Requirements:
• Over-the-phone customer service experience
• Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-change environment
• No financial services background required
• Experience in temp/contract roles preferred
