Manpower have an exciting opportunity in NG8 to join a fast growing business as a Customer Service Advisor!
Duties include:
- Answering inbound queries via phone and email
- Proactively solve problems and provide resolutions efficiently
- Administrate returns, refunds and replacements
- Process trade orders
- Update internal systems
- Provide high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
About you:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work to your own initiative to ensure customers needs are met and customer service remains high
- Must have strong admin skills
- Experience in a customer service based role is desired but not essential as training will be provided
- Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full time role, working the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is office based in NG8, Bilborough.
Salary: 22,000 to 25,000 DOE
