Inbound Customer Service Advisor role, covering phone and email enquiries. HYBRID WORKING - 1-2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE. You will be working in very cool, modern offices in the heart of the city centre in a fun and friendly team environment, this includes an on-site Barista (free coffee!) and free breakfast and beer/prosecco on Thursdays!
Salary is £24,000,
Hours of work 9-5.30 or 8.30-5. Hybrid working, 1-2 days in the office - one day must be a Tuesday.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Dealing with incoming client enquiries - by phone and email, acting as the first point of contact for all clients
- Offering support and information to customers where possible, escalating to other departments when needed
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure issues are being dealt with and feeding back to customers as promised
ABOUT YOU
- Previous office-based Customer Service or Call Centre experience is essential
- IT savvy, ideally including Salesforce
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a healthy sense of humour!
