Customer Service Specialists - Join a Growing Team!

Salary - £24,000

Monday - Friday, 1 in every 4 Saturdays (with a day off in the week)

In this role, you'll provide vital support to existing customers, handling a range of inquiries and assisting with payment plans. Using multiple communication channels, you'll engage directly with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

The ideal candidate is someone who truly cares about making a difference. You'll need to be a great listener, empathetic, and solution-oriented, offering the best outcomes for customers, including those who may be in vulnerable situations. Confidently handling sensitive issues, you'll manage customer expectations and strive to provide positive resolutions at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide support and solutions
  • Confidently manage sensitive conversations and deliver positive outcomes
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Go the extra mile for customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed

Skills & Experience:

  • Call centre or contact centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities and comfortable multitasking
  • Attention to detail and great listening skills
  • Positive attitude, pride in your work, and a strong team player
  • Good IT proficiency

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial services
  • Background in handling vulnerable customers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
