Customer Service Specialists - Join a Growing Team!

Salary - 24,000

Monday - Friday, 1 in every 4 Saturdays (with a day off in the week)

We're looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join one of the most dynamic and essential departments of a forward-thinking company.

In this role, you'll provide vital support to existing customers, handling a range of inquiries and assisting with payment plans. Using multiple communication channels, you'll engage directly with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

The ideal candidate is someone who truly cares about making a difference. You'll need to be a great listener, empathetic, and solution-oriented, offering the best outcomes for customers, including those who may be in vulnerable situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with various queries and payment options.
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels including phone and email.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Go the extra mile for customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Call centre or contact centre experience
  • Experience in financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities and comfortable multitasking
  • Attention to detail and great listening skills
  • Positive attitude, pride in your work, and a strong team player
  • Good IT proficiency
  • Background in handling vulnerable customers
