Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading global outsourcing organisation, who are looking for Customer Service Associates to join their team based in Nottingham City Centre.

We're looking for relationship builders who take pride in delivering high quality customer service whilst achieving the project goals.

What will the role involve?

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, webchat, and email.
  • Follow communication scripts and use responses/email templates when interacting with customers.
  • Handle high volume of calls, chats and emails with varying degrees of questions and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment promoting a positive work ethic.
  • Navigate and learn multiple computer systems efficiently.
  • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Meeting targets for customer satisfaction, average handling time, compliance, attendance, and adherence.
