What will the role involve?

  • Supporting customer enquiries via online chat, telephone and email.
  • Ensuring a first-class customer experience is consistently delivered.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Follow up and document all client interaction using a CRM database.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical team to provide user feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
  • Educate customers on usability and interface/product updates.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a customer service-related role essential.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural communication style both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships through emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in SaaS or IoT product support advantageous - (but not essential as full training and support given for applicant demonstrating the right aptitude and attitude.)
