What will the role involve?
- Supporting customer enquiries via online chat, telephone and email.
- Ensuring a first-class customer experience is consistently delivered.
- Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Follow up and document all client interaction using a CRM database.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical team to provide user feedback.
- Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
- Educate customers on usability and interface/product updates.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a customer service-related role essential.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Natural communication style both written and verbal.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships through emotional intelligence.
- Experience in SaaS or IoT product support advantageous - (but not essential as full training and support given for applicant demonstrating the right aptitude and attitude.)
