Customer Support Administrator

Join our client in Bulwell as a Customer Support Administrator, where you'll manage key administrative tasks and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional assistance and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations, follow up on proposals and track progress on pending deals.
  • Support the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating sales activities.
  • Maintain and update customer information and project details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to assist with forecasting and performance reviews.
  • Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and manage all relevant documentation, including contracts, invoices and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using SAGE software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload efficiently.
