Customer Support Coordinator – Nottingham – £26,500Chase & Holland are delighted to be supporting an established I.T. company based in Nottingham, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading global innovator in their sector. They are passionate about delivering first class IT service on behalf of their partners. As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will be hands on working within the Customer Service team as the primary interface for customers delivering the highest levels of service to meet SLAs and targets. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role with excellent IT skills. In Return You’ll Receive:

Customer Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Managing the end-to-end customer service delivering an exceptional experience within agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Recording all customer interactions within company systems
  • Effective use of company IT tools as provided and requires
  • Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Working within agreed escalation process for service issues
  • Have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer
  • Accurate collation of monthly billing for customers
  • Working in a commercially efficient manner
  • Building strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal service providers
  • Achieving personal KPIs and expectations
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and office systems
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Must have the initiative to resolve problems
  • Self motivated, positive and a proactive attitude
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
