- Managing the end-to-end customer service delivering an exceptional experience within agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Recording all customer interactions within company systems
- Effective use of company IT tools as provided and requires
- Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution
- Working within agreed escalation process for service issues
- Have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer
- Accurate collation of monthly billing for customers
- Working in a commercially efficient manner
- Building strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal service providers
- Achieving personal KPIs and expectations
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and office systems
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
