Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading designer brand. We are looking for somebody who is fluent in both Dutch and English and passionate about customer service.
What does the role involve?
- Handling customer queries through allocated tickets, emails, letters, telephone and live chat in both Dutch and English
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Liaising with internal teams, B2B, customers, and couriers
- Processing orders, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds
- Maintaining knowledge of brands, products, services, and promotions to provide a 1st class customer experience
- Performing other customer-based administrative duties
- Managing fluctuating workloads
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in Dutch and English - C1 or above
- Proven customer service experience from office, call centre, retail, hospitality or similar
- Bubbly and passionate communicator
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Our preference is for the successful candidate to live within a commutable distance of Nottingham so we can conduct in-person training. However, we will be flexible for the right person.
