Job Advert:Â Customer Service Administrator (FTC)
Location:Â Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Contract:Â Fixed Term Contract until January 2026
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an important role in supporting a group of customers through the efficient management of orders, deliveries, returns, and debit notes.
As our client's CSR, you will:
- Manage order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle returns and reconcile customer debit notes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining clear and concise correspondence in line with policies and procedures outlined in our client's Customer Service manual.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Experience within the wholesale or related industry is highly advantageous.
- SAP experience is very desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a methodical, accurate approach.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with intermediate Excel skills being an advantage).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset and ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
