- Owning the strategy, with the support of external agencies, delivering and continually optimising SEO, PPC, remarketing, email, and paid social advertising.
- Working collaboratively with the Campaigns Manager and others to create and deliver effective lead generation campaigns to the market
- Supporting in the development of a branded, thought leadership reputation in the drug discovery industry through delivery of effective integrated campaigns.
- Website maintenance and management, keeping continuous user experience, conversion rate, and mobile optimisation top of mind .
- Potentially leading new website development in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Managing and optimising automation and workflows including via CRM
- End-to-end management of online projects. Digital channel account management.
- Coordinating agencies and other external suppliers. Assisting in maintaining the budget.
- Extensive reporting against KPI’s for senior / board level stakeholders.
- Experience in management of digital marketing strategy and tools
- Experience from pharma, biotech or drug discovery / development industry is desirable, however not essential.
- Project Management experience.
- Understanding and demonstratable experience of Content Management Systems
- Marketing Automation Software skills and experience (ideally HubSpot).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Qualified to degree level in subjects such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology desirable or to degree level in other subjects.
- Strong mathematical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics.
