Your new companyHays Education are working with a Special School close to Newark-On-Trent who are looking to grow their dedicated and passionate team of specialist TA's and Learning Support Assistants. They provide tailored support for a wide range of complex needs in their brand new purpose-built campus.

Your new roleYou will be working full-time or part-time (depending on preference) at the community special school with children aged between 3 and 18 who have complex needs. You will be working alongside their other experienced and welcoming staff to create a safe and secure environment for the students. You may be working 1:1, in small groups or with larger groups alongside other staff to provide the best experience for the students.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be highly passionate about providing the best possible care to each unique child.
  • You will have experience working with children or young people who have physical, mental or learning disabilities
  • You will be a kind and patient individual, able to use different approaches to engage each child
  • You will be a great team player, able to effectively communicate across the school

What you'll get in returnYou will receive a daily rate of between £85-£105 (depending on experience). You will be working in a supportive and friendly team with personal development and career opportunities within the wider trust.
