We are looking to grow our managerial team to achieve the best outcomes and assist with the day to day running of the service; you will be supported as a Deputy Home Manager here by a experienced clinical lead and nurse qualified home manager. The service has 77 beds when full across 2 buildings and is occupied with 34 residents at current and your role as Deputy Home Manager is to assist with assessments and promote clinical excellence within the service.
