Were hiring A passionate Residential Managers to open and lead our new two-bedded home in Nottinghamideal for Deputy Managers ready to take on registration and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Ofsted Registration:Ensure compliance and high standards.
- Develop Care Plans:Focus on safety, well-being, and growth.
- Build Your Team:Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.
- Manage Operations:Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Collaborate Externally:Work with local authorities and agencies.
- Ensure Safeguarding:Maintain strong safeguarding practices.
- Experience as Childrens Residential Manager
- Experience: 1+ years with children facing EBD challenges.
- Focus: Trauma-informed care and behaviour support.
- Experience:1+ years as Deputy/Registered Manager in childrens residential care (last 5 years).
- Experience:worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
- Diploma:Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
- Skills:Strong Ofsted knowledge, leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
