*You must have a dbs on the update service or be happy obtain one in order to work in our schools*
Reception duties including signing visitors in and out, checking DBS details when appropriate and welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner
Dealing with all enquiries both in person, on the telephone and by email
Administering pupil absence requests inline with the school attendance policy
Produce reports, letters and documents in a timely manner
Assisting with organising school trips and clubs
Maintaining training records for staff
Updating pupil records and files as required
Provide whole school general administrative support
