Eaton Syalon is exclusively recruiting for an Employee BenefitsAdministrator to join our client's thriving, owner-managed financial services business, specialising in providing tailored employee benefits solutions, pensions, and group risk services to SMEs and corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity to support Account Managers and Consultants with administrative tasks in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers and Consultants across a portfolio of employee benefits schemes, including pensions, group risk, and healthcare.
  • Assist in preparing and managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle client queries and requests professionally, responding to phone calls, emails, and written communications.
  • Liaise with pension providers, insurers, and other third parties to ensure smooth administration and management of client accounts.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties and assist with the smooth running of daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services, employee benefits, pensions, or related industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client interactions.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of pensions, group risk, or employee benefits is advantageous but not essential.
