If you are an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA looking for a career enhancing move, who have an outstanding new job vacancy to join of the top performing and highly respected Law Firms in the UK.

The role of a Legal PA is to work as part of the Practice Group Support team to provide professional and proactive support to key law professionals and Partners.

You will be joining a team that are known for their commitment teams, events, and career development plans. They Award-winning for their employment engagement initiatives.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Client focussed with regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Diary management
  • Supporting case matters
  • Organising and planning meetings, arranging for necessary equipment and refreshments using the technology (on and off site)
  • Managing and prioritising your own workload
  • Acting as liaison point for colleagues and clients
  • Supporting and speaking with clients - dealing queries for legal professionals
  • Management of emails and correspondence
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Opening / closing of case files
  • Utilise CRM as a key business tool, including managing, updating, reporting, and research
  • Providing comprehensive financial administrative support to stakeholders; ensuring compliance with legal, firm wide policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the team on business development follow-ups, sending emails and diarising important client call backs
  • Marketing and business development related activities

Skills and Experience needed:

• Experience of working within a similar environment as a PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members• Seeks to provide an outstanding level of client services at all times• Good relationship building skills, both internal and external• Ability to delegate and manage own work loads• Strong team ethic; offer to support where necessary• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams
