Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
- Manage and develop client relationships, providing expert advice and support.
- Review work completed by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in tax compliance and planning for a diverse client portfolio.
- Support the wider team with technical queries and training.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
