The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of a portfolio of ambitious SMEs, providing them with essential financial insights and strategic advice. Your role goes beyond numbers-you will be a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
- Strategic Insights: Provide meaningful financial data and forward-thinking advice, enabling clients to make informed business decisions.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Directors in client meetings and strategic discussions, while also helping develop internal processes and team efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality client service.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to step into advisory, business development, and leadership, with full support for career progression.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a professional accountancy practice, with a strong track record in client management.
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, AAT, or CIMA) and passionate about delivering high-quality financial support.
- Skilled in cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable advice.
- A proactive and strategic thinker who genuinely cares about client success.
