This reputable practice are recruiting for a Senior Client Manager, offering £40-50k DOE, hybrid working, flexible hours, and a 4 day week.

My client are very forward thinking and progressive, and have experienced sustained growth. Your role as a Senior Client Manager, would be to play a pivotal role within the portfolio team, acting as a bridge between client managers and associate partners. Managing a portfolio, and a team, contributing heavily towards company success.

Senior Client Manager Job Overview
  • Acting as the bridge between Client Managers and Associate Partners, overseeing workflow of client services, and ensuring smooth processes
  • Team management, support and development - Acting as the first point of contact for technical support and queries from client managers, assisting and training client managers, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Client Relationship Management - Managing relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Workflow & Deadline Management - Oversee the scheduling and management of client work to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines
  • Account Preparation and review - Preparing management accounts for larger clients up to review stage. Reviewing VAT returns and other compliance work. Supporting associate partners in reviewing annual accounts
Senior Client Manager Job Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualification is preferable
  • Experience in client management or similar role within accountancy practice
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and VAT compliance
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage workflow, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Able to commute to Derby office
  • No requirement for visa sponsorship
Senior Client Manager Salary & Benefits
