As the Finance Business Partner you will support stakeholders across the business by providing meaningful analytical support to help drive commercial decisions. Key responsibilities: - Work closely alongside a broad range of key business stakeholders and provide meaningful analytical support targeted to help drive commercial decisions - Challenge existing processes and promote best practice by influencing change to improve profitability - Be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of various reports - Lead the month end process and ensure the timely delivery of standard reporting to the wider business, including management information, and reporting packs - Support the wider business across various projects as and when required. - Provide finance support and coaching to key stakeholders within the business on financial drivers to improve performance. - To lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process across designated teams ensuring risks, opportunities and key actions are well communicated and understood by all key stakeholders. - Appropriately challenge assumptions and set targets which drive performance in line with strategy. - Preparing financials and scenario modelling to support business plans. - Be the lead finance support during major client tenders. - Timely completion of monthly MI reporting and financial commentary - Build professional and effective relationships across the business and become a trusted adviser to influence better business decisions. You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA qualified or equivalent) with previous experience of working in a commercial finance role. You will have strong commercial awareness and previous experience of business partnering in a cross functional environment. You will have a proven track record of building relationships across the business, with well-developed communication, negotiating, influencing and listening skills. You will have excellent numeracy and analytical solving capabilities and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions. You will have advances Excel skills with experience of scenario modelling and manipulating large data sets.
