The RoleThis dynamic position supports around 30 stores across four regions. You’ll collaborate directly with business owners and Regional Managers to influence financial decisions, deliver strategic insights, and optimise performance.

Key aspects include:

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with Regional Managers and store owners to offer bespoke financial guidance.
  • Financial Performance: Create comprehensive monthly management accounts and performance analyses.
  • Strategic Focus: Oversee budgets, cash flow, and identify avenues for business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Visit underperforming stores and implement strategies for improvement.

About YouThe ideal candidate is part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with a strong commercial mindset and exceptional analytical skills. You’ll thrive managing complex relationships, delivering actionable insights, and driving measurable results.
