This is a pivotal role where you will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee tax payments and internal audits
Manage global inter-company transactions
Budget preparation and cost/revenue forecasting
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax laws

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (must be able to sign off accounts)
Proficiency in SAGE Intacct is a plus
Strong analytical and commercial awareness
Understanding of UK tax laws essential; global tax knowledge advantageous
