Finance Manager - 2 days on siteÂ
Location: Nottingham, NG1 (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)Salary: c.£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Private Medical + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting business. Having tripled in size over the past few years, the company has ambitious plans for further expansion. This is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where high performance, ambition, and flexibility are at the core of success.
This newly created role sits at the heart of the finance function, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to shape financial processes in a growing business. It is hands-on, commercially focused, and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders.
The role can be five days a week, a condensed week, or four days a week (salary pro-rated).
Key Responsibilities- Oversee management accounts, improving efficiency and automation.
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Ensure accurate reporting on accounts, VAT, tax, payroll, and cash flow.
- Support live transactions and financial structuring.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller, with scope to deputise.
- Gain exposure to strategic initiatives, with clear progression to FC.
- ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally moving from practice.
- Strong financial control experience with commercial insight.
- Confidence in explaining financial data to senior stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, comfortable in a high-growth environment.
- Strong relationship builder, able to partner across the business.
