Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to working with a reputable and well-established business based in the North Notts area as they look to recruit a new Finance Manager in to the team. This newly created role has come about due to recent further growth and expansion in the UK and will be in place to support the Financial Controller in overseeing the finance team day to day, production of Monthly Management Accounts and also with the implementation of a new ERP system. The Financial Controller will be leading on this project so therefore requires support on the monthly reporting and audit and streamlining of processes.The company offers a good benefits package:-

- Company pension scheme This will be a varied role with duties to include: -
- Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly reporting of group management accounts
- Overseeing a team of 6 in the department (There a number of of indirect reports additionally)
- Quarterly reporting of budgets and forecasts
- Various financial reporting and analysis for senior management
- Providing information to external tax advisers for tax provision
- Business partnering with stakeholders to help manage and control budgets
- Support on the lead of financial accounts completion and year end audit
- VAT reporting
- Intercompany matrix for UK companies to be created and support on the recharges
- Intercompany balance reporting
- Support on closure of legacy non trading entities
- ONS reporting submissions
- Supporting the Financial Controller with the ERP implementation and other ad-hoc projects To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following skills and experiences:-
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- 3+ years experience in management accounts & reporting
- Background in group reporting and multiple entities
- Experience working on multiple systems
- Would be good to have experience of (Sage or Business Central ) but this is not essential
- Proven attention to detail
