Office/Finance Manager
Full or part-time - this is not a hybrid role.
Hours can be 30 - 40
Our client is a small construction firm based city outside of Nottingham.
Will suit an experienced Bookkeeper/Finance Manager who is happy to carry out a wide and varied role.
- Bank Reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Cash book
- Wages (7 staff) weekly and monthly
- Sage job costing
- Creating sales/purchase invoices
- Sorting and inputting credit card receipts
- Assisting the MD on day to day basis
- Vehicle Management/MOT/Services arrangement
- Produces quotes/letters
This is a lovely company which offers a friendly working environment. Ideally you will be happy to work in a team and handle all aspects of office and accounts work.
Experience of Sage is essential with Sage Job Costing advantageous. Accountancy qualifications are helpful not essential.
