SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager for an exceptional high growth business in Nottingham.

With overall responsibility for a large team this is a fantastic time to join our client, having witnessed lots of growth through acquisition and organic growth which has resulted in a restructure and the requirement to recruit this position.

As the Finance Operations Manager, you will be managing all of the day to day operations of a large transaction team and will be responsible for process improvements and best practice.

Key Responsibilities;

Review of processes, continuous process improvement, including the implementation of and introduction of Best Practices

- Management of of the sales ledger/credit control and purchase ledger functions through 3 team managers
- Managing Cash Allocation and Treasury functions
- Determining and delivering KPI's
- Responsible for the recruitment, mentoring and developing of the team

You will have relevant strategic and operational experience in managing and delivering results and strong team management experience. You will have demonstrable experience of process improvement and control implementation, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines whilst delivering to a high standard. You will have excellent communication and rapport building skills with the ability to influence and liaise with finance and non-finance stake holders.
