Role - Financial Accounts Assistant

Pay Rate - £11.44-£12.31 per hour

Location - Office Based in Nottinghamshire (NG8)

Duration - Temporary to permanent position

Role Responsibilities -

Working as a Financial Accounts Assistant you will be working with experienced finance professionals, learning from them and assisting with the day to day running of the accounts team.

  • Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support senior members of the team.
  • Attending internal meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements -

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following attributes.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services processes.
  • Experience in a finance environment.
  • Use of financial ledger and reporting packages.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and external entities of all levels.
  • Able to work in the office 5 days per week.
