We need an FP&A Business Partner who is happy to be hands-on with the nuts and bolts, however, they also see the strategic partnership between FP&A/ Commercial Finance and the wider business.

You'll take charge of their financial planning, working closely with senior leaders to forecast how they'll perform in the future. You'll analyse financial results regularly to pinpoint what's driving them and suggest actions to improve.

Collaborating with non-finance teams, you'll provide insights to enhance their offerings and bring more value to their members. You'll also delve into market trends to understand how they're doing compared to others in their field.

And let's not forget, you'll play a crucial role in shaping their long-term plans, including helping your stakeholders make informed decisions through scenario analysis.
