Finance Manager – FP&ALocation: Nottingham | Salary: Up to £55,000 + 20% Bonus

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager – FP&A to join a high-performing team within a leading organisation based in Nottingham. This role offers the chance to take ownership of critical financial processes, deliver insights to senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all central planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, including members of the C-suite.
  • Manage allocation processes, providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, improving system functionality and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Develop and nurture a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and finance systems, with experience in Planning Analytics being a distinct advantage.
