You'll work alongside experienced Finance Business Partners and operational leaders, playing a key role in helping the business meet its financial and performance targets. What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with senior business leaders to drive operational and financial performance.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing challenge and insight.
- Delivering financial reporting, P&L reviews, and KPI analysis to inform decision-making.
- Conducting detailed variance analysis and helping identify risks and opportunities.
- Translating financial data into clear, actionable insight - especially for non-finance colleagues.
- Playing a lead role in financial planning and analysis for key projects and business cases.
- Ensuring alignment with financial policies, controls, and compliance standards.
What you'll need…
- Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- A commercial mind set - able to connect numbers with business performance.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or changing business environment.
- Exposure to systems like Hyperion or Workday would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
Package:
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000
