Junior Finance Business Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 | Nottingham (2 days WFH)

You'll work alongside experienced Finance Business Partners and operational leaders, playing a key role in helping the business meet its financial and performance targets. What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with senior business leaders to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing challenge and insight.
  • Delivering financial reporting, P&L reviews, and KPI analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Conducting detailed variance analysis and helping identify risks and opportunities.
  • Translating financial data into clear, actionable insight - especially for non-finance colleagues.
  • Playing a lead role in financial planning and analysis for key projects and business cases.
  • Ensuring alignment with financial policies, controls, and compliance standards.

What you'll need…

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • A commercial mind set - able to connect numbers with business performance.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or changing business environment.
  • Exposure to systems like Hyperion or Workday would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
