Description
As a key member of the Group IT team, the Senior ERP Analyst will play a vital role in supporting and improving the company's ERP systems. This involves a mix of business analysis, implementation, support, and project management. Key responsibilities include:
- ERP Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement through internal reviews and lead delivery of system enhancements.
- System Improvements: Manage system changes from specification through to delivery, implementation, and support.
- Change Management: Translate business requirements into functional design documents and enable effective implementation.
- User Support: Manage relevant help desk tickets, supporting ERP systems, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Identify and deliver improvements or define functional requirements.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Systems Manager to support the ERP projects roadmap.
- Training: Identify training needs, create materials, and deliver both individual and group sessions with follow-up reviews.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and support solutions.
Profile
Dynamics AX2012R3 Expertise: Must have hands-on experience working with Dynamics AX2012R3 in a live environment.
Location: Must live within an hour's commute of either Nottingham or Wiltshire.
Manufacturing Experience: Background in manufacturing with experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems.
ERP Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of at least four of the following modules:
- Finance
- Sales & Marketing
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Production
- Planning
- Customer Services
Project Skills: Understanding of full project life cycle implementation of business systems.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with and influence team members at all levels.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with experience creating reports, process diagrams, and instructions.
