Description
Manage all aspects of the accounting function for the UK and Irish entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Conduct a full review of departmental processes to strengthen financial controls and implement best practices.Prepare and present the month-end reporting pack, including cash flow statements for both entities.Act as a finance business partner, collaborating with department heads to support budget management and financial decision-making.Lead the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit for both entities.Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.Serve as the finance representative for IT system upgrades and new business projects, ensuring financial requirements are met.
