You will join a small but experienced team that specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients primarily on business acquisitions, divestments and re-financing engagements. Deal values are typically in the region of c.£3m to £30m.

Description
- undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
- representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
- opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
Profile
- ACA qualified with a background in either audit, TS or restructuring
- A real interest in TS with an entrepreneurial edge
- Project management skills
Job Offer
- Salary up to £50,000 with an additional 10% bonus
