A leading Chartered Financial Planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its dedicated team. The Salary range is up to £45,000 + Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home

The successful Paraplanner will work closely with financial planners to develop advice for clients. This includes creating lifetime cashflow forecasts, testing different scenarios, and helping clients see how they can achieve their life goals. The role also involves drafting financial plans, writing suitability reports, and ensuring all follow-up actions are executed accurately and on time.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Possesses strong technical knowledge of investment, pension, and life assurance products, including their benefits and taxation.

Has holistic planning expertise, understands the ‘big picture,’ and can integrate tax allowances, trusts, and business structures into comprehensive financial plans.

Offers experience across a wide range of financial planning areas and is committed to continuous professional development.

Care and Attention to Detail

Maintains exceptional accuracy and organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of clients’ financial plans.

Technical Skills

Ideally holds a Diploma in Financial Planning

Demonstrates strong capability with technology and systems, including Excel and cashflow forecasting tools (such as Voyant).
