This position presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual committed to delivering excellence in financial planning support.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with Financial Planners, providing comprehensive financial planning support to ensure clients receive meticulous, tailored advice. The role encompasses the development of detailed financial plans, the preparation of lifetime cashflow forecasts, and the assurance of exemplary client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Financial Planners in the formulation of client financial plans and suitability reports.

  • Develop and analyse lifetime cashflow forecasts, evaluating multiple scenarios to optimise financial planning outcomes.

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investment, pension, and life assurance products.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial plans and ongoing client reviews.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and market developments.

Candidate Profile
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or actively working towards completion.

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a paraplanning capacity.

  • Extensive technical knowledge of investments, pensions, life assurance, and taxation.

  • Proficiency in financial planning tools, including Excel and cashflow forecasting software (preferably Voyant).

  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
