An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly successful financial planning and wealth management firm. As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting a high-performing team of Financial Planners. You will be an integral part of the advice process, providing technical expertise, in-depth research, and detailed suitability reports to ensure the delivery of high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations.
  • Preparing high-quality suitability reports and supporting documentation.
  • Liaising closely with Financial Planners, Compliance, and other internal teams.
  • Ensuring all client records and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with financial products, industry changes, and relevant qualifications.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (or working towards it), with a desire to further develop your skills and qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within a financial planning environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
