Description
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Manage and organise digital and physical files for easy access.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and order stationery as needed.
- Support in the implementation of new administrative systems.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Experience in a Secretarial & Business Support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Can commute to Nottingham
