As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students in the absence of the class teacher, delivering pre-set work across a variety of subjects. You will be expected to manage the classroom, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay on task - often without a Teaching Assistant present.
Key Requirements:
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Must have previous UK-based experience working in a secondary school setting.
Confident in managing and leading a class independently.
Comfortable covering a wide range of subjects.
